1- How to schedule a session/reading or enroll in a course?

You can fill out the form at the end of the option chosen on the page indicating which course or session/reading you want to take or send an email to renascer.atlante@gmail.com. We will contact you as soon as possible through the contact email provided to provide all the necessary information about the next steps.

2- Do I need to be online through a video call at the time of the appointment?

No. You can choose not to connect through a video call. But we will also have a day and time scheduled, and we ask that you, whenever possible, dedicate the session time to a connection with yourself, allowing you to go deeper into the work done.

3- For the “Quantum Sul Guidance” reading, do I need to know the exact time of my birth?

Yes. If you don’t have this data, send us an email and we’ll see if we can help you.

4- Can I request sessions/readings for other people?

No. All queries are performed for the person making the request. The only exception (and depending on the issue to be worked on) is for children under 12 years old.

5- How does the cancellation policy work?

🌟 Cancellation, Rescheduling and Energetic Commitment Policy

When booking a session, course, or experience, you are reserving not only a time slot but also a dedicated energetic space prepared exclusively for you.

Each service involves prior preparation, professional organization, and time allocation that cannot be reassigned without proper notice.

✨ Booking and Confirmation

All services are offered with a specific date and time of execution.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Payment confirms:

• Your reservation
• Your acceptance of this policy
• Your commitment to the process

Without payment, the time slot is not guaranteed.

🌙 Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer regulations regarding services provided on a specific date, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply once a session with a scheduled date has been confirmed.

By completing the booking, the client acknowledges and accepts this condition.

🔮 Rescheduling

Rescheduling may be requested, subject to availability, within the following minimum notice periods:

• Multidimensional Arcturian Table
• Stellar Ascension Table
• Tameana
• Akashic Healing
• Tameana Course
→ Up to 3 calendar days prior to the session.

• Galactic Soul Journey
→ Up to 5 calendar days prior to the session.

Rescheduling is permitted once only.

Requests made outside these timeframes are not eligible for change.

🌿 Late Cancellation or No-Show

In cases of:

• Late cancellation
• No-show
• Modification requests outside the allowed timeframe

No refund or additional rescheduling will be granted.

The amount paid will be retained as compensation for reserved professional time and preparation.

🌊 Cancellation by the Practitioner

In case of force majeure preventing the session:

The client may choose between:

• Priority rescheduling

or

• Full refund.

🌍 Online Services and International Payments

For international clients:

Full payment must be completed prior to the session.

Any bank fees, platform charges, transfer costs, or currency exchange differences are the responsibility of the client.

When a refund is applicable, it will be processed using the same original payment method and may be subject to exchange rate variations determined by the financial institution.

The client is responsible for carefully verifying their correct time zone when scheduling the session.

💎 Energetic and Therapeutic Responsibility Clause

Sessions are intended for personal and energetic development.

They do not:

• Provide medical diagnosis
• Replace medical or psychological treatment
• Guarantee specific outcomes

Results depend on each individual’s openness, commitment, and personal journey.

By booking, the client declares full mental capacity and assumes responsibility for their own personal process.
